This health-shop is for anyone who wants to increase or maintain their energy throughout the day and be more effective in all that they do. If you have ever wondered why you are so tired. Have you ever wondered what foods and habits contribute to steady energy and what may be sapping your energy? If so, you should attend this information packed discussion. You may be surprised that some of the things considered to be healthy may not be. We will also discover ways to increase energy without stimulants. You will discover how to identify your energy drainers and get ideas to improve and support your energy and healthy overall. We will provide an educational handout and recipes for energy boosting snacks (sample included). You will have more tools to help increase your energy and stamina.

Laura is a certified nutrition consultant, professor at Bauman College, and author of 2 books “Veggiewoman’s Guide to Health: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free Eating” and “The Whole-Food Guide to Overcoming Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Strategies & Recipes for Eating well with IBS, Indigestion and other Digestive Disorders”.
